The Shepshed Building Society believes in dealing fairly and reasonably with all of its customers, and we aim to build a strong relationship based on confidence and trust, which we hope will last a lifetime.

The Banking Code was introduced in March 1992 and the current revised edition was issued in March 2008. The Code sets the standards of good banking practice which building societies and banks nationwide will follow in their dealings with personal customers.
